Introduction

Described as a restaurant that is the phoenix rising from the ashes of pastrami on rye, offering familiar foods and new flavours that will win your approval.

A big statement but one that could well be true.

It is located on Thappraya Road, close to where your turn right at the traffic lights before heading to Jomtien Beach. The owner Jack is Thai and Jim is an American, who has lived in Pattaya for three years, opening this venture in January 2018.

In its first month, the venue employed ten full time staff, including two fully trained chefs.

The Venue

The restaurant is spacious, making use of pale blues and yellows as its colour scheme. The ambience comes from a mixture of sunken ceiling lights and spotlights, in this air conditioned premises.

Inside there are eloquent tables and chairs, matching the stylish interior design but there is also comfortable sofas and other forms of seating and tables in the exterior, which is still enclosed.

With a capacity of fifty, the restaurant is ideal for romantic dinners for two or larger groups, such as family gatherings.

Enjoy the Hawaiian themed music as you sit and relax, order your food and await the aromas and tasty offerings from the kitchen.

The setting is modern and offers pleasant surroundings for you to enjoy the most important item – the food.

The Menu

Again using the company’s own words, they provide great American sandwiches and pizzas, with Hawaiian inspired dishes, excellent Thai food, a hearty breakfast and fresh home made burgers.

Again, let’s see if they are true to their word. Starting with the breakfast offerings, you can choose from a variety of standard breakfasts. The first one consists of two rashers of bacon or ham, sausage, two eggs, toast, tea or coffee and fruit juice.

The “Fry Up” is even larger adding potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans into the equation.

You can have pancakes, croissants, a massive omelette and many other options.

Their pizzas consist of 16 different spices blended as a source to all their various styles. Try a Hawaiian, the Pepperoni, a vegetarian option plus many other tasty pizzas.

Their burgers are simply to die for. There are various options once again but you can rest assured, your bun will be stacked high with fresh meat, salad, garnishes and sauces as it arrives at your table.

Their sandwiches come with some strange names but once more, they are packed with ingredients and flavours. Ham and Cheddar, Volcano Chicken, Kahuna Beach Club, plus Pulled Pork, Bacon and even a Corned Beef offering.

The Thai section is not your normal Thai menu. This one is special. Slow cooked glazed ribs cooked in a Thai style, Pad Kra Paw, Chicken Green Curry, Pad Thai and Tum Yum Goong can be found here, all beautifully presented by the kitchen staff.

The above is no more than a sample of what is on offer. You really must check this diner out.

The food is simply delicious and well worth a visit to see for yourself.

The Drinks

There is a good variety of beverages available here. Try their IPA bottles, red and white wines, coffees, teas and more.

Budweiser, Heineken, Singha and Chang are all available in bottled format plus fruit juices and soft drinks, if you are driving.

The drinks list is ever expanding, as is the food on offer as they create new and wonderful ideas for their customers.

Conclusion

A remarkable menu, with delicious edibles just waiting on you to sample.

Give them a try, the cuisine is truly top drawer.

They also provide outside catering for parties. Anyone interested should contact the venue for more details.
