Bruno’s Restaurant is one of the more well-established eateries in the city, the home of fine dining and world class wines.
Bruno’s Restaurant is located halfway along Thappraya Road with the obligatory big neon sign it’s not too hard to miss. Set up in 1996 by two friends Alois Fassbind and Bruno Forrer, their mission was clear and simple. Strive to be one of the best fine dining experiences Pattaya and be a place to seen. People travel down from Bangkok to eat at Bruno’s so you could say it’s kind of big deal.
When you arrive at Bruno’s you can tell there’s a real eye for detail in everything from the staff to the décor to the food. The interior is nice and neutral with low lighting and soft background music (might want to give the flip-flops the night off for this one). You will greeted and seated in the bar area where they make a damn fine cocktail (True story).
Top Notch Cuisine!
Now the main reason you will go to Bruno’s Restaurant is quite simply the top quality cuisine. Put together by Chef Fredi a world renowned Swiss chef, with over 40 years experience who has travelled the world perfecting his trade.
Fredi was making waves at the Royal Cliff Hotel before he was snatched up by Bruno’s and wow what a find! Offering a day and evening menu Bruno’s offer set menus at lunch and Al a Carte in the evening.
Extensive Drinks Menu
The other reason you may find yourself gravitating towards Bruno’s is for this extensive wine cellar which LOVEPATTAYA has seen and its bloomin’ HUGE! Offering over 60 different wines and champagnes Bruno’s walk-in wine cellar is a sight to behold, not your average dusty old basement cellar but a modern vision of glass and steel all on view for all to see.
If it’s a special occasion or you’re trying to impress on a first date, Bruno’s would be one of LOVEPATTAYAs top choices.
