Most of us adore quality French cuisine and all that it entails, so when we discovered this popular restaurant, we decided to check it out.
It was opened back in 2015 by Rita, who moved to Pattaya shortly before this, having relocated from Nice in France.
It is located in a small soi just off Thappraya Road. You will discover that this secluded area is mainly residential buildings but does have a gym, a convenience store and a gentlemen’s club nearby.
The restaurant employs eight full time staff, who will welcome you with a friendly smile and provide you with excellent service during your visit.
Drive or walk towards this venue, which has trees and plants around its perimeter and you will find a delightful setting for romantic meal or for family gatherings and business lunches or dinners.
It is easy to locate, thanks to its large white sign, featuring its company name in green writing.
You enter via an archway, passing by a menu, giving you the opportunity to browse their bill of fare before venturing any further. Once through the arch, you pass through an external dining area, which is mainly covered. Tables here are generally for two people.
The main dining room is behind wooden/glass doors and is an elegant room, featuring dark wood tables and chairs. There is matching furniture to complement the tables, with the colour scheme being greys and whites.
Again dark wood is used in the window frames, maintaining the classy theme throughout the venue.
The walls feature stunning paintings and there is a spectacular centrepiece, which is a pole, resembling a support but has a circular topping. It is difficult to describe but it certainly stands out and adds interest to the venue.
Outside, there is a swimming pool, adorned with plant life, set in a stunning surrounding.
Capacity of the venue is around 70 seats, which should be ample to cater for most groups of people, from those family gatherings etc.
So we have an excellent setting for a scrumptious meal so let’s have a look at the menu.
Starters or Entrées consist of Home Made Soups, Stuffed Tomatoes, Melon with Parma Ham, Stir Fried Prawns, Escargots and a range of salad items.
The main courses open with Seafood and Pasta, Lasagna, a Mixed Grill consisting of Pork, Chicken and Beef or Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Pork Chops, Duck Breast in a tangy Orange Sauce, an Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steak, a house speciality Lamb Shank or a Red Tuna Steak.
For dessert, how about a Banana Split, Chocolate Fondant, Crème Caramel, Rum Baba or one of their Home Made Pies.
There are of course too many items to list here but there is something to tempt everyone at this restaurant.
The food is beautifully presented to the diner by skilful chefs, created with tender loving care in the kitchen.
With French cuisine you must have a glass of red or white wine.
But they also carry a range of bottled beers and spirits or liqueurs. Try a Baileys, Cognac, Vodka, Gin, various whiskies or a rum.
Teas, coffees and cold drinks are also available.
If are feeling adventurous, you could also sample one of their cocktails.
A lovely environment with quality food covering both French and Thai cuisine.
One for the gourmets amongst you. Give them a try.
