Pattaya Sheep Farm is a large outdoor family tourist attraction. There are many Animals here plus a Bird House, Themed Areas, Souvenir Shops & Stalls, Carnival Stalls, Fun Fair & Games, Educational Display Area, Coffee and Tea Café, Food and Snack Stalls and a Super Barn Steak House Restaurant.
The farm is conveniently located between Highway 7 and Highway 36 and can be easily accessed from both main roads with ample parking spaces for Coaches, Cars and Bikes.
The animals at the Pattaya Sheep Farm include the rather friendly Black Nose Sheep from Switzerland. This is currently the only farm to have such sheep in Thailand. There are also Alpaca, Sheep, Pigs, Cows, Horses and Deer plus a Bird House with Peacocks, Geese, Ducks, Chickens & Roosters and the very colorful Orange Winged Amazon Parrots!
There is so much to see here, it will take a few hours at least to take it all in.
You can also go horse riding here and you can feed the animals with food provided by the farm at very reasonable costs.
Pattaya Sheep Farm attracts visitors from all over the world, in particular there are many tourists coaches full of inquisitive families from China, Vietnam and Hong Kong. At the weekend the farm is very popular with the expat community as it’s a great place to bring the whole family for a relaxing day out.
There is further development taking place at the Sheep Farm that includes a lake, large bridge and next they will construct a FREE to enter Floating Market, where there will be many shops and stalls selling souvenirs and traditional Thai food and beverages.
Many schools in the area visit the farm and there is an educational display ideal for studying about the sheep here set up inside the central red and white windmill. This is the first informational display of this type in Thailand.
