Location

This venue is part of the Windy Inn chain, which also includes La Notte Restaurant and all three are in Pattaya’s ever popular Walking Street.

The road is key to Pattaya’s tourist industry, attracting literally thousands of visitors per day, who arrive by the score to be entertained in its many bars, Go-Go venues, night clubs and music bars.

It also contains a cinema , restaurants, a variety of street entertainers, many who perform magic tricks for tips, food vendors and of course its famous array of scantily dressed girls, who beckon you into their Go-Go bars etc.

This is Pattaya’s heartland and a street that every tourist must visit after dark.

Bio

The venue is owned by a family from France, who have called Pattaya home since the 1980s. Marco, the son, was born in Pattaya and is now one of the management team.

The Venue

The bar is sexy and stylish with its modern feel and elegant decor, it would be at home in any modern city. It offers wonderful views across Pattaya Bay and once darkness falls, it comes alive with ambient coloured lighting, setting the scene for your visit.

It fits with the “cocktail” bar look with contemporary seating at the bar and large plush comfortable chairs, for patrons to relax on.

Everything about this bar has “class” written all over it.

It can cater for 80 guests at a time, making it a wonderful place to take friends, family or work colleagues for a night on the town.

Staff

The staff at Payot’s are friendly, will invite you in with the expected smile and take care of you in a professional manner once inside. They are well presented in their staff uniforms and provide an efficient service.

Drinks

This bar by the sea serves mainly cocktails some of which are exotically named and well known, whilst others you may have to sample for yourself to determine if they are to your taste.

Start with a Singapore Sling, consisting of Gin, Peter Heering Lemon and Grenadine. How about the famous Tequila Sunrise, which most people have tried but for those who haven’t, it is a mixture of Tequila, Orange Juice and Grenadine.

This one sounds delicious, the Mai Tai, a combination of White and Dark Rums, Pineapple, Orange and Lemon Juice mixed with Grenadine syrup.

If you have never had Sex On The Beach, now is the time to savour one. Vodka, Manzana, Cranberry and Orange Juice are blended to produce this sexy sounding mix.

The list goes on and on with the likes of a Royal Pattaya, made from Tequila, Galliano and Lemon Juice or the Blue Moon, incorporating Vodka, Tequila, Blue Caracau and Soda.

There are far too many to cover them all here but you will find all your favourites such as the Bloody Mary, Blue Hawaii, Ever Green, Long Island, White Russian and Red Devil to name a few more.

Of course the bar offers many other drinks including a selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks but its cocktails are always in demand.
