This business is owned by Edward, an experienced chef from the USA. He owned restaurants in England before making the decision to move to Thailand.
Edward is from Long Island New York but has called Thailand his home since the year 2000.
The guest house is very close to the lovely Jomtien Beach on the corner of Soi 9, offering easy access to the beach and the activities you will find there. There is also an excellent night market, where you will find stalls selling various items but the food must be sampled, for it is of a high standard.
There are 15 rooms at this venue, some of which offer sea views and have balconies. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and well decorated.
Rooms come with a large bed, en-suite, television, air conditioning, mini bar, a wardrobe for storing clothes, refrigerator and safe. You will find tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.
There are a number of options when booking rooms. You can select the sea view and balcony or the deluxe room or their standard single and double rooms. No matter which option you take, you will find the price very good indeed.
The Bar & Restaurant
The bar and restaurant offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Customers can sit back and enjoy any of the sporting events or highlights on one of their two televisions, keeping you up to date from the world of sport.
The decor is something that may amuse you for hours, for the walls are covered in interesting sports memorabilia including classic photos, sports strips and news items.
The dark wood tables and chairs fit well with the setting, where you can select items from a good menu.
What can you expect from the kitchen of an experienced American chef? You will notice they cover not only US cuisine but offer something from around the globe.
For example, the have a Mexican section which includes a tasty Mexican style Chicken Breast, Beef Taco, Brown Rice and Beans. Also on this section is a Beef Taco and Pulled Pork option, Nachos and a Tacos Platter.
Pattaya provides them with a good variety of fresh seafood, which is cooked to perfection for their diners.
Other items include a Ham Steak, Pork Chop with Cheese, Meatloaf or you could select from a variety of salads.
Sandwiches are available for those who prefer a light bite although they are still filling.
Finish your meal with one of their delicious desserts. They have traditional items such as Apple Pie, Pecan Pie, Cheese Pies and a range of Ice Cream flavours to select from.
