Ryan’s bar is situated in Naklua or North Pattaya, on Naklua Road, approximately 500 metres from the Dolphin Roundabout. The area, is more placid that Central Pattaya but still has a good range of hotels, restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores.
The venue is owned by Phil and Nui, who opened the business back in 2008, so it would be fair to say, they are doing OK to last as long as they have.
They employ seven staff who will welcome you to the venue with a friendly smile and provide you with excellent service.
The bar has an Irish theme and proudly says so on its green sign above the entrance. Customers can sit inside or out in the open if they prefer with the bar having a capacity of around 45 seats.
Most of the chairs are comfortable green cushioned stools, which are in tune with the Irish connection. Customers are more than welcome to sit at the bar and chat away with the service staff if they wish to do so.
Inside you will find a long service area, bench style tables and of course the customary bell, associated with Thailand’s bars.
There is a pool table where you can display your talents with a cue and six televisions offering all the major sporting events. Background music is provided with middle of the road tunes on offer.
There is air condition, plenty of fans and a reception area inside the location.
Now that you are settled at the venue, what can you have to drink? Well you can enjoy one of their many beers, ciders, gins, whiskies, rums or vodkas to name but a few alcohol based beverages available.
Possibly a glass or wine, a shot or two or something simple like a soft drink may be more to your taste. Coffees and teas are also available too order.
There is daily promotions at this venue and we recommend checking with the staff as to exactly what is on offer on any particular day.
When big sporting occasions are on TV, they provide snacks such as pies and mushy peas.
There are four rooms available to rent. They are all air conditioned have a secure safe to store your valuables in and private en-suite. Televisions are provided and a daily cleaning service too.
Ask the girls for details regarding trips which include fishing and go-karting days out. They also do pub crawls to the dark side, with a set price with drinks included in the cost.
You can purchase T-shirts with the bars logo etc. on them, giving the customers something to remember their visit. Again, ask at the bar.
This is a friendly bar where everyone is greeted with a amiable welcome. If in Naklua, nip in and say hello and enjoy a drink as you watch the sport or chat with friends.
