The name Saras is taken from Sanskrit which means “with juice.” Their restaurant here in Pattaya is their third branch to be opened in Thailand with two other locations already established in the kingdoms capital, Bangkok. Saras boast a truly impressive menu with over 200 dishes to choose from encompassing a wide range of Indian dishes including Indian-Chinese fusion as well as vegetarian, vegan and Thai inspired dishes.
Saras is a clean modern style restaurant with seating for roughly 40 guests at a time arrange mostly in tables of 4 to 6 people however larger groups can be easily accommodated. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned making for a pleasant environment to enjoy one or more of their impressive vegetarian Indian dishes. Saras is located inside of the Royal Garden Plaza on the Third floor, just off of Beach Road. entrances to the Plaza are available from both Beach Road and Second Road. On site parking is available but the venue is easily reached via public transport and the restaurants location is ideal for those in the Walking Street area being only about a 5 minute walk from the famous Walking Street sign.
