In the morning, you will be undergo loosening up exercises, some running, either in a group or on your own, depending on your own preferences. You will then move on the variety of pad work, punch bags and sparring. Once the fitness is right, you will be introduced to “power training” to get you to the conditioning required for the ring.
The fully qualified instructors will teach you the art of Muay Thai, from defence to attack, in fact all the moves that a good martial arts expert requires.
The camp provides breakfast, lunch and dinner for their students, ensuring you are eating the correct nutritional foods to get the most from your muscles. Fitness, stamina and strength are paramount if you are to become a competent fighter.
