Introduction

Elena was born in Pattaya but spent much of her life in Spain. She returned to the city in summer of 2017, opening this eating house shortly afterwards.

The business is located on Soi Buakhao, just north of Soi Made in Thailand, across from the market and Tony’s Gym.

The venue is compact, but can be busy with a high turnover of customers.

The area is well known for its many bars and restaurants but also has wide range of other businesses, such as tattoo and massage shops, pharmacies, convenience stores and street vendors galore.

Everything you can think of, can be obtained in Soi Buakhao, including Tex-Mex cuisine.

The Venue

The business operates more as a street vendor than a cafe, but Elena, being a young entrepreneur does very well for herself.

It is a take-away first and foremost with seating for a small number of people, in front of the service area.

Simply walk up, order your Mexican style food, sit down or take away but most importantly, enjoy the flavours and textures of the food produced by Elena.

The Food

Customers can enjoy a delicious burrito with a variety of fillings. How about some tacos or enchiladas to tempt you and tease your taste buds.

If you like Tex-Mex food, you will enjoy the food offered by Elena and her staff.

Try their quesadillas, tortillas or taquitos, made from slow cooked meats or if you prefer, they have vegetarian versions too.

Of course you cannot have food from Mexico without a sauce. Cover your meal in hot Louisiana sauce, Cholula, Habanero Verde or one of their other hot and spicy offerings.

They also have a selection of home made sauces made including Tabasco, Jalopeno or a spicy pepper offering to accompany your food.

And should you be thirsty, order a Margarita to wash down the tasty Mexican cuisine. They have singles or doubles, with the latter being true value for money.

You may find from time to time, that the venue offers specials on food, so it is always worth asking before you place your order.

Conclusion

If you like spicy Mexican cuisine, this is the place to be. You will love the food on offer here.
