The White Horse is situated on Khao Talo between Sukhumvit Road and the railway crossing. It sits at the entrance to the Eastern Grand Palace Hotel, just after The Sweeteners Dessert and Sweet Cafe. Dotted along the approach road is a number of street vendors selling mainly Thai cuisine, convenience stores, coffee shops, laundries and residential buildings.
The business is a family owned affair. They have a number of business interests in and around Pattaya including the 18 Coins, The Sweeteners and Royal Beach View Hotel.
The White Horse is a large restaurant featuring two bars, seating for 80 people, a pool table and four TVs. The decor is mainly brick work with an ornamental fireplace, dark wood tables and chairs, tiled flooring and a raised area to the left, featuring wicker style chairs. There is an area set aside for karaoke events and you can sit at the bar if your desire. There is also an outside area where customers are welcome to sit down and eat or drink in the open air environment. It is fully air conditioned and offers customer Wi-Fi. Next to the fireplace are comfortable sofas, where you can sit and relax with friends, whilst enjoying a drink.
The White Horse offers draught beer, wines, spirits, cocktails, shots and soft drinks.
The White Horse offers an extensive menu comprising of both western and Thai food. Enjoy one of their soups or other appetisers, partake of a salad, sandwich or many of their light bite options. Maybe a steak, mixed grill, pork chop or a good old fashioned fish and chips maybe more to your liking. Pastas, squid, burgers, baguettes and pizzas are all on their menu. On Friday and Saturdays they offer an “all you can eat steak buffet” from18:00 till 22:00. The food is prepared fresh, presented well and tasty.
The staff are friendly and helpful, speak good English and welcome customers with a smile.

This is an excellent venue for a night out. It is spacious, cool, with lovely ambient lighting and friendly staff.
